blocks. Alcan Mekanik has signed a contract for the mechanical
construction of Block D which comprises of 30 floors above ground
and has 250 apartments, together with Block A including 18 villas, a
shopping mall and a recreation area.

Pakize Tarzi
Hospital
Alcan Mekanik, has begun both the design & the execution of mechanical
systems of operation rooms, intensive care unit, patient rooms and car parks
of Pakize Tarzi Hospital in Nişantaşı, İstanbul in March 2007. With a
construction area of 6.500 sqm, the building comprises of 12 floors (6
floors above ground level and 6 floors under ground level).
Mayavera Villa Project
Alcan Mekanik has signed a contract for the mechanical contract of 127
houses(villa, town house, apartment) located in Çekmeköy with a total
construction area of 170.000sqm. The 1st stage has been succesfully
completed, 2nd and 3rd stages are under installation with respect to
construction progress.

Since then Or-Ahayim Balat health care center became one of the essential hospitals of Istanbul.
